Digital meets analog — our Game Market 2026 Spring report
We exhibited at Game Market 2026 Spring and released Photo Werewolf Mission Mode, an analog expansion. Here's what we built beforehand, how the two days went, and what we took away from it.

The number of werewolves is now random — “how many are there this time…”
Photo Werewolf now draws the number of werewolves fresh every round. Instead of just 0 or 2, it is either 0 or anywhere from 2 to (players − 1). The peaceful village is no longer a setting — it is part of the draw, so nobody knows how many werewolves there are.

Introducing memory images — every game becomes one shareable picture
Photo Werewolf now generates a memory image. When a game ends, the theme, everyone's photos and who the werewolves were are laid out in a single picture — one that makes sense even to people who weren't playing, so you can share it straight to social media, save it, or post it later from your game history.
