We are revising our Terms of Service (effective October 7, 2026)

We are revising Photo Werewolf’s Terms of Service on October 7, 2026. The revised Terms of Service apply from October 7, 2026. Until October 6, 2026, the current Terms of Service apply.

What is changing

1. A new article on paid services and paid items (Article 6)

Until now, our terms had no rules for paid plans or paid items. The new Article 6 sets out the following:

  • Prices are as shown in the service and on the “Specified Commercial Transactions Act” page, and all prices include tax
  • Monthly paid plans renew automatically every month. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again
  • The 1-Day Platinum Pass can be used within 3 months of the purchase date. It is valid for 24 hours from the moment you use it, and expires if not used by the deadline
  • Paid items can only be used on the account of the person who bought them (they cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash)
  • Purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if you could not use what you bought for reasons attributable to us, we will provide a refund or other remedy as required by law
  • Unused paid items expire when you delete your account
  • If we end the service, we will announce it in advance and provide refunds or other remedies for unused paid items

2. Revised articles on disclaimers, service changes and changes to the terms (Articles 7–9)

  • Disclaimer (Article 7): We are liable in cases of our intent or gross negligence
  • Changes to the service (Article 8): Before making a change that is unfavourable to you, or stopping the service, we will notify you with a reasonable notice period
  • Changes to the terms (Article 9): When we change the terms, we will announce the changes and their effective date on our website in advance

3. Article renumbering

Because of the new Article 6, the former Articles 6–9 become Articles 7–10.

Also updated

We will also update the Specified Commercial Transactions Act page by October 7, 2026 to match the revised terms (prices of each plan, cancellation, and changes to the service and prices).

If you use Photo Werewolf on or after October 7, 2026, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms of Service. You can read the full text of the revised Terms of Service.
